Travelling from the north, (Chester, Llangollen, Betws-y-coed) turn off the A5 onto the A494 to Bala. Go through the villages of Glanyr-Afon , Bethel and Sarnau, then as you enter Cefn-ddwysarn, turn right just before the post box and Caravan & Camping Club direction board. Follow the lane (you will pass a caravan site) and after approximately 0.7 of a mile you see two galvanised steel bins at the entrance to a lane on your left.
Turn left into this, follow it up to the right go past a farmhouse on your left, the lane continues through a gate, up a steep hill and then down to the farmhouse on your right.
From the South, follow the A494 north out of Bala after about 3 miles you come to the village of Cefn-ddwysarn. Turn left just after the post box.
